For Players - Some tips, drills & guidelines

Playing the game is more enjoyable when you're equipped & ready for it!

There's lots you can do besides just showing up for your game.

     Being ready is pretty basic.  Arrive early and do warm-up exercises with the rest of the team. Dress appropriately in your team shirt & hat and suitable pants and shoes. Sweatshirt or jacket if cold? Bring your glove and maybe some water.    Come prepared = equipped & ready to participate!  If it's sunny - and we hope it is - sunscreen!
